Design and development of web sites www.gastools.com and www.electricitytools.com to provide web based access to utility forecasting, supply planning, and strategic planning models for energy companies. Current implementation which is currently under development includes web implementation of ROGM, a simulation software for integrated least cost planning, demand-side management program evaluation, rate cases, marginal cost analysis, strategic resource planning, cost-of-service studies and unbundling studies in the energy sector.
Design and development of a comprehensive gas and electric demand forecasting system based on Monte Carlo simulations of weather, rate class load profiles or base/use factors and historical usage data to generate customer, rate class or system energy forecasts. The system can be used in tandem with risk assessment models to evaluate risk exposure and manage energy acquisition.
NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse)
Design and implementation of a grants database system for the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) to track funding and post-award research. Originally started as a branch project, the database has been upgraded for division-wide access, and is currently being upgraded for web-enabled access.
Melwood Horticultural Training Centers
Design and implementation of an information system tracking personal and medical information to better serve Melwood's clients. Previously separate tracking systems were integrated to maximize reutilization of client information and automate processes required for compliance and attaining CARF standards.

Consulting on project design, architecture, coding and security issues of Educational Networks' award winning ASP implementation of school web site development and content management systems as well as administration of database, chat, email and web servers.
Pacha Tours International, Inc.
Administration of Pacha Tours' local and wide area networks as well as database, email, web and backup servers. A customized solution was developed using Microsoft Office and NT clients in order to enhance productivity and provide faster access to company resources.
